Arlington Center of Dentistry is pleased to have a highly experienced and competent practitioner to specialize in Endodontics on our clinical staff. Dr. Eun Young Lee has been practicing dentistry since 1992 in a range of dental disciplines while focusing on surgical procedures. After completing her Doctor of Dental Science program at Pusan National University in South Korea, Dr. Lee continued her postgraduate work in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
As one of the leading women oral surgeons in South Korea, Dr. Lee received distinguished recognition in her field. In additional to being well published, Dr. Lee is frequently invited to speak at dental conferences both in the United States and in Asia, and holds active membership in various professional associations and scientific societies, including the American Association of Endodontics, Academy of Osseointegration, Korean Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Korean Society of Maxillofacial Aesthetic Surgery, Korean Dental Association, to name a few.
Following close to ten years of successful private practice in South Korea, Dr. Lee was nominated and selected to attend the visiting fellow program at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Lee chose to expand her area of expertise by completing her residency in Endodontics. She remained as a faculty member there before moving to Virginia, where she continues to practice as a specialist today. Dr. Lee’s extensive surgical background is a significant advantage for patients receiving endodontic care.
